Yoga Yoga Yoga!
There is so much yoga available online now, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic. You can find a variety of styles, ranging from easy to quite difficult, relaxing to energizing. Some are free (like mine on YouTube), others are paid. Experiment until you find a style or a teacher that suits you. ALL yoga has benefit as long as you practice, so find what works best for you. I'm linking to my own and the one to which I subscribe. Baron Baptiste was a formative teacher of mine, and you can find links to his videos all over the internet. One of his senior teachers, Brandon Compagnone, releases regular podcasts of his wonderful classes.
